Kenneth Blaine

Kenneth Blaine has been with Tax Credits International since 2007 and is well-versed in placing transferable credits across the nation. Kenneth has built a large base of corporate and individual tax credit buyers, while consistently assisting studios, independents, commercial producers and others generating tradable tax credits that require immediate monetization. From inception to closing, Kenneth tracks each trade ensuring quick and seamless transactions. He has assisted several States with designing appropriate incentive programs. Kenneth is an active member of The Institute for Professionals in Taxation. He often volunteers his time as an educational speaker for colleges and universities in the greater NYC area offering a “101” on the topic of domestic film tax incentives. In his spare time, Kenneth serves as a part-time music director and is a classically trained pianist, having graduated cum laude with a BA in Music Performance from Beloit College.
